Pellet Storage
We offer 3 different pellet fuel storage possibilities depending on your budget, space constraints and preferences.
1: Free Standing Bag Silos
GWT-Max
Maximum operation safety through closed pellet-feeding system and low electrical power consumption through short suction periods. For extra-large storage rooms also a double-RAS system can be installed in combination with an automatic changeover unit.
The bag silo system is a complete storage room system. It can be placed (depending on your legislation) in the boiler room, auxiliary buildings, etc.
GWT-Max come in a range of capacities storing between 3.6 - 7.6 tonnes of pellets.
GWTS
Highest operational safety by minimum space-required.
The GWTS is equipped with a concial sloping floor. The GWT-MAX has a flat bottom an is lifted via spring system to concial sloping floor. As a result more pellets can be stored.
GWTS come in a range of capacities storing between 2.0 - 6.5 tonnes of pellets.
Extraction RAPS + AUP: Point Suction System
The point suction system is used for smaller and rectangular storage rooms. For lager rooms, more point suction systems can be installed in combination with a manual or automatic changeover unit. Maximum operation safety through closed pellet feeding system and low electrical power consumtion through short suction periods. The suction points may be positioned according to size and shape of the storarge room.
Available as a manual changeover box (2- or 3-points) or an automatic changeover unit 2-, 3-, 4-, 6- or 8-points. NEW: At smaller storage rooms the AUP 6- or 8-point can also be used without sloping floor.
2: Dedicated Storage Rooms
Extraction RAS: Point Suction + Auger System
This auger-suction combination is used for large or elongated storage rooms. Distances up to 30m between storage room and boiler room are no problem. Maxmimum operation safety through closed pellet feeding system and low electrical power consumption through short suction periods. For extra-large storage rooms also a double-RAS system can be installed in combination with an automatic changeover unit.
For large and square wood pellet storage rooms, 2 extraction augers are installed. The changeover from one to the other auger takes place through a 2-point auto changeover unit. The result is an optimum storage room extraction and an efficient way to use larger pellet volumes over longer distances.
3: External Underground Storage
Underground Storage Tank
Space-saving underground storage of pellets.
The pellet tank including specially designed extraction system can be easily installed in the backyard or adjacent outdoor space.
Two models are available with capacities of 5.2 tonnes (3.5m diameter) and 6.5 tonnes (3.75m diameter).
